How it happened

It just didn't exist in Georgia

Nastya had loved Korean skincare for years. But something was always out of stock, overpriced, or — worst of all — turned out to be a fake.

Then we ended up in Korea

In Seoul, Nastya could get lost in Olive Young for hours: shelves for every concern, new releases, testers, brands we'd never even heard of.

We brought back one suitcase. Then another

At first just for us, friends, people we knew. Then people started asking, "can I get one too?" That is how the first KCosmetics batch happened. Then a second. Then it was clearly a shop.

We wanted this to be just as easy here

Not just bringing jars back from Korea, but building a shop that makes sense: no hunting one product across five places, real stock shown as it is, a person to ask instead of a chatbot — and no one trying to sell you ten products instead of one.

Spent years in beauty retail before this. And yes — if she thinks you don't need something, she'll tell you.

If Nastya decides what belongs on the shelf, Rail makes sure it actually gets there, shows up on the site, and reaches you. He loves turning what's done by hand today into a system tomorrow. And he still delivers around Batumi himself sometimes.

KCosmetics is still young enough that Nastya remembers what you bought last time, and Rail sometimes drives your order across Batumi himself. We like that closeness. But we don't want to stay a shop "for our own" forever — we're building a modern Korean-beauty shop for all of Georgia: a strong range, a site that makes sense, stock you can trust, and service where people don't disappear behind a logo. The team will grow, the shop will grow — and we want to keep the feeling that real people are behind KCosmetics.
